Creative Lives Executive Director Maureen Burford has four decades of experience working with students from the early years through college. She has partnered with author Ellen Tadd to bring Tadd's Framework for Wise Education -- based on the chakra system -- to thousands of children and teens. In 2019, Maureen received The Lynn von Trapp Award for excellence in leading youth programming in Vermont. She has worked as a performing artist and director since 1980 - and loves the process of creating and discovering with others.
