It’s here. I’ve been waiting. I’ve truly never been this excited for the autumnal equinox before. Welcome, northern hemisphere, to Autumn.

I’m ready.

Summer steamrolls me every damn year and I wake up mid September and am like… nap? Please? And this year… the equinox is there for me.

I know it’s hard to believe, especially as a person that likely experiences SAD (and a gardener), BUT I’m ready for less intense light, for shorter days, for holding up at home, for hermit season, for soup season. I’m ready for waking up in the dark to a super quiet and still house.

And if you’ve been with me for a while on calls… I’m ready to wear my lime green puffy and beanie in the house every damn day. People are always worried on calls that my heat is broken… it’s not. Leave me alone. ;)

But what does it mean for your business? Your people may be ready for soup and pajama and warming spice season too. Your people may be ready for some care and may not be leaving the house as much.

I know as soon as we start getting shorter days and… should I say it… SNOW… I start leaving the house WAY less than I already do.
